How can I join FM
GROUP?
First step:
Register and then sign the
contract
You sign the contract with your sponsor
(the person who introduced you to FM GROUP). You need to
fill out the form in capital letters with all your personal
details so FM can put all your correct information on the
database. You can send the form by fax, post, or by
email.
or
You can also
register ONLINE by filling in the online registration
form. When you register online you do still need to
complete a registration form and post in to FM head
office (please make it clear that you have already
completed the online registration) and one for your
sponsor. FM Group are unable to pay commission to you
until they have received your signed registration form
and it is a requirement by law.
People who don’t know anyone in
FM GROUP can contact our head office and they will contact a
team leader closest to you and ask them to contact you
directly.
Second Step: Buy the
starter kit. You can do it in 2 ways.
1. When you sign the contract
your sponsor may have a starter kit you can
purchase.
2.
Purchase a starter kit
directly from the company when you send your registration form
in or register online, remember to include delivery
cost.
2. What does the starter kit
include?
Starter
kit 100 includes: 100 samples of fragrances, a
registration form for a new distributor, one marketing plan
booklet, one product catalogue, one order form, a price
list, all current leaflets and a pen. It does not include
the exclusive fragrances samples (no’s 141 – 170 and 192,
193) or the 5 fruit eau de toilette samples (no's
200-204).

£24.50
Starter kit 200 includes: All 168 sample in
our range, a registration
form for a new distributor, one marketing plan booklet, one
product catalogue, one order form, a price list, all current
leaflets and a pen.
Price:
£42.50
FM also have other fragranced products
like: shower gels, body lotions, children’s perfumes.
Demonstration and staionary packs are available, once you
have joined you will receive details on cost and
contents.
3. How can I
get my
password?
Once you have been registered on the FM database you need
to contact your local head office to get your
password. After your personal details are verified head
office will be able to give you your password. After you
have received your login and password you will have access
to distributors zone to check all new information,
promotions, distributors news and
prices.

4.How soon
can I place an
order?
You can order products 15 minutes after your registration.
You don’t have to log in to place the order. You can order
on the phone, by email or by fax. If you order and pay
before 1pm you will have your products the next working
day
5.
What is the procedure of ordering the
products?
You can place your order online, by email, fax or on the
phone:
If you order your
products before 1pm (date of the email being received)
and if you pay for your products in advance before 1pm
you will have your parcel the next working day (except
Saturday) If you want to have your products on Saturday
you need to pay an extra £8.
If your order is
received after 1pm it will be sent the next working
day so you will have your products in two working
days.
If you want you can use the secure order
online to place your order once you have logged in using your
id number and password.
The courier company CITY LINK
delivers your FM products. The parcels need to be signed for,
so someone has to be at home when it is delivered. If no one
can be at home please provide us with a different address (your
neighbours, your work address,
family)
If you have paid for your order and the
parcel has been sent but you haven’t received it within 3
working days please contact head office

What are the payment
methods?
You
will need to pay in
advance.
There
are 4 ways to pay:
CREDIT or DEBIT
CARD. Cards
accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. (Please
Note that FM don’t accept VISA
Electron).
PAYPAL. You need to tell
FM your email address and FM will send you a money request to
your email address. After payment has been received they will
send out your
goods.
MONEY TRANSFER to the FM
bank account. After you place your order FM will tell you how
much you have to pay. Please use Barclays if you can. Barclays
Bank account details: FM COSMETICS UK Ltd, sort code: 20-37-21,
account no: 70116718. Remember that the transfer is going to
take 3 to 5 working days to reach the bank account. Once FM
receives the payment they will send your
goods.
CASH into the FM bank
account. After you place your order FM will tell you how much
you have to pay. If you pay cash before 1pm you will have your
products the next working day after FM receives the payment,
please note depending at which bank you make the payment, this
may take a couple of
days.
7. How Do I Get
Free Delivery?
You won’t pay the
shipping costs if you order more than 20 bottles of regular
perfumes or products of 560 points. If you order less
then:
0-10 bottles or less than 280
points it is £5 for delivery
11-20 bottles or less than 560
points it is £3 for delivery
Free delivery is not available on
the starter kit when the £5 delivery charge
applies
9. Can I add to
an order I have already
placed?
Yes, but only
up to 15 minutes after you placed the original order. It
is not possible to do it any later as the order is
already being processed and prepared to be sent to you.
FM want to avoid missing any products in the parcels. So
please prepare your order carefully and be very clear
about the items you
request.
10. What to do if the product is
damaged?
If you notice that a
product has been damaged by the courier or by FM, please send
it back to FM by Royal Mail standard parcels and as soon as
they receive it they will send you out a replacement. FM will
refund your postage cost in samples or catalogues. Please call
FM head office to inform them about your damaged product.
Please provide your distributor details and a description of
what happened to your products / parcel.
If you would like to exchange the
perfumes you have ordered FM can do this for you, provided the
box is sealed and bottle unopened. Please send FM the unopened
perfumes, your details and the numbers you wish to exchange
them for. FM will send you the new numbers. Remember that you
will have to pay the shipping
costs.
11. What to do if my client is not satisfied with the
fragrance?
You need to
remember that you have samples you need to show to your
client. They choose the fragrance they wish to buy by
trying the sample first. All our fragrances are the same
in the sample and in the bottle. We won’t refund opened
bottles of
perfumes.
12. Do I have to pay tax on my
commission?
Every distributor is
responsible for their own tax, national insurance etc on their
earnings. Please see the 'important information' section on the

details
13. How often
is the catalogue
changed?
FM changes
the catalogue and usually 20 fragrances once a
year.
14. Will the company have new
products?
Yes, FM will
increase the products range. You will be informed about
all new products in the newsletter, leaflets and on the
FM website.
15. Will the
free gifts
change?
FM changes
the promotional items and free gifts from time to time.
For current free gifts please visit the FM
website.
16. How can I
find out about the promotions if I don’t have access to
the internet?
Most people
who order over the phone receive the leaflets in their
parcels. You can also contact your sponsor to find out
about NEWS. The easiest way to keep up to date with
current promotions and news is online. You can use the
internet in internet cafes, if you do not have access at
home.
